Meet Your Coach:
Christiana first discovered Face Yoga at an organic skincare market while on holiday in Canada in 2018, just before moving from her home country of Cyprus to the UK for her master's degree. After her studies, she secured a job as a Financial Analyst at a major corporation in London, where she became immersed in the busy 9-6 lifestyle. Meanwhile, she continued practising Face Yoga and other holistic wellness techniques to cope with stress, and was amazed not only by the visible improvements in her skin but also by the transformative effects on her self-confidence and overall sense of wellbeing.
The onset of the pandemic and the sudden shift to working from home gave her a chance to pause and recalibrate, leading to her decision to make a complete career change. She got certified in Face Yoga, Holistic Health, and NLP Hypnosis, and shortly after, SheFacedIt. was born. Through her courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions, Christiana empowers women to reimagine their relationship with ageing, heal their skin, and glow from within. Her signature SheFacedIt™ methodology combines Face Yoga and relaxation exercises, holistic wellbeing coaching, and NLP techniques for radiant self-confidence.
