We can't go through life without experiencing challenges - it's a part of our human experience. But it's now widely recognised that what we don't heal can become stored in our physical bodies and manifest later as a dis-ease.
As a licensed Chakradance facilitator, I take you on an inward journey through the Chakras. With a series of guided meditations, visualisations and music carefully designed to resonate with the Chakra we are clearing, your body will guide you to how it wants to move. All participants will be invited to close their eyes or lower their gaze, and for the more self conscious I can offer an eye mask.
To get the most benefit from Chakradance, I'd recommend the full 9 week experience where we work on one Chakra per week, but it's just as powerful as a 90 minute class.
