Group Breathwork Session

Group setting can lead to a powerful way of emotional release, healing, once the energy gathers. Expanding, elevating our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual parts of us in a group setting, leading to healing as a group with support from each other.  Opening our hearts and connecting through breath, raising the energy, the frequency in the room, while each one of us goes through their transformational journey in their own field.
