Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy which uses the energy of crystals or gemstones to bring balance to the body and mind. It is based on the belief that crystals have a vibration that can be used to help heal physical and emotional issues.

During a session, I will choose the appropriate crystals to place on or around the body, allowing the energy of the stones to interact with the body's energy field.
