One 90 Minute (1 to 1) Kundalini Yoga consultation and session for One In person or Online

A nurturing and relaxing, personalised experience that will uplift your mind, body and soul! We will discuss your goals, your experience, any personal needs and what you’d like to achieve. The rest of the time will be spent doing yoga, breath work, mantras, a meditation and we will finish off with a deep relaxation so that you can integrate all the benefits of the session.
