Concepts like gentleness, mindfulness, compassion, wisdom and loving presence are at the centre of my work and life and I thoroughly enjoy the process of bringing these unique and beautiful ways of ‘being with another’ into my work.
My personal experience of slowing down and listening deeply to what my body is telling me influences my work strongly. I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for many years and am inspired by the principles and wisdom in compassion-focussed, body-centred, mindfulness-based therapies and how powerful the creative arts can be as we explore, express, discover and heal.
Duration: one session is an hour.
