We start with a gentle breathing exercise before looking at how you have been feeling lately.
You then choose an emotion card by selecting a number that comes to mind. We discuss this emotion (in as much or as little detail as you choose) and where you feel it may or may not be relevant in your life, before identifying where this emotional blockage sits in your body and what colours are needed to balance that area of your energy body.
We finish with a gentle, soothing guided meditation which may be Chakra related, emotion related, or both. Before you leave, you choose an affirmation card to help you through the week. To follow up, I send you a summary of our session, including any cards pulled and meditations used
