Silent Counselling is energy medicine and we work with your body's intelligence, combining:
Kinesiology/muscle testing:
Based on the principle that your body knows the answers.
So when asking a specific question and the answer is positive, the muscle stays strong.
If the answer is negative, there's stress in the system and the muscle isn't strong, i.e. gives in.
Meridian points:
You might have heard of EFT or Tapping which also works on these points.
The idea behind the meridian points is that every point represents an organ according to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), which in turn represents an emotion.
Breathing:
In SC we want to get rid of negative emotions that are connected to the root cause of the issue.
By clearing these negative emotions and energies while replacing them with positive affirmations, you can change your energy field.
