A Sound Healing session is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and helps you with deep relaxation. It is a holistic approach focussed on healing, relaxation, and stress management. Discover the magic of sound healing by booking an online session with me.
Preparation: Keep a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow ready for the session. Feel free to wear an eye mask. You will need to lie down comfortably on your mat during the sound session, where you close your eyes, focus on your breath and just relax. Keep the space dimly lit, with calming scents or soft lighting.
Closure: The session typically ends with a gradual winding down of the sound, allowing you to slowly return to a state of awareness. You will be given instructions by me during the last 15 minutes.
