Sound Healing (Bespoke Experience)

Heather will offer a bespoke sound healing for an hour & 15 mins with the use of her voice, drum rattles & chimes. 

Sound healing is a way of bringing vitality & wellness to your body & soul by channelling healing vibrations directly into the body. The result of the session is reduced stress, anxiety, better sleep & removal of emotional blockages. 

Dates for experience: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays  NB: These sessions can also be done as a distant healing.
