Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) offer a remarkableadvantage: it’s crafted as a self-help tool, empowering people to use itindependently, without continuous assistance. It’s important that you havea solid foundation before you start practicing TRE on your own. That’s whyI recommend starting with a minimum of 4 sessions with a TRE practitioner.
People with a good sense of body awareness often find 4 sessions sufficient. Whereas others may need additional sessions until they feel fully at ease with the practice.
For those experiencing conditions like PTSD or severe anxiety, additional sessions may be generally recommended.
This experience will be conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a similar platform. You will receive a link directly from the provider once your booking has been confirmed and a date has been selected.

Choose a quiet, private space where you can focus.
You’ll receive a link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) after booking and confirming your session time.
Do not share the session link with others.

Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward any provider will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Providers reserve the right to terminate the session without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
