By engaging in a flow of carefully curated breathing exercises, you will activate your rest-and-digest parasympathetic nervous system. This will enable you to become more present in the here and now, as well as help you achieve the calmness and peace you’ve been longing for.
This is a very safe practice that brings immediate results through the intentional stimulation of your vagus nerve.
The practice may include diaphragmatic breathing, belly breathing, short breath holds, gentle stretching of respiratory muscles, body scan, progressive muscle relaxation, and similar techniques. Everything is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. This is a very slow and gentle practice, and even if you are highly sensitive, you can be sure that you will never be asked do anything you are not fully comfortable with.

Certified by the Buteyko Clinic International, Oddech SOS and Yoga Alliance, Marta teaches students all over the world how to breathe in a way that eases physical pain and decreases mental struggles.
