I have been offering healing services since 2014 and have helped clients with chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, grief, loneliness, energetic imbalances, spiritual awakening symptoms, and complex trauma.

I have also assisted clients in connecting to their ancestors and helping spirits, including power animals, in order to deepen their own connection to Spirit. It is my mission to empower others to feel more deeply embodied and to grow confident in your own intuition and inner knowing.

My practice is heart centered and trauma informed and I will meet you where you are.
