We will learn and practice mindfulness techniques, relaxation and guided imagery, easy to learn gentle breathing exercises, a gentle mindful movement routine inspired by Tai Chi, be introduced to the art of journaling and discover natures healing essences which are the perfect support for emotional well-being.
This programme is perfect if overwhelm is keeping you stuck. You'll benefit from learning practical mindfulness techniques, and organisational skills to help you manage overwhelm. Coaching sessions are tailored to deepen your personal understanding and practice of mindfulness, and how to weave this practice into your daily life to prevent overwhelm.
To supplement our coaching sessions you will also receive a workbook and meditation audio recordings of the practices you will learn during our time together.
About Me
I am passionate about helping individuals reduce anxiety and manage overwhelm, guiding them toward greater calm, clarity, and connection. As a certified Mindfulness Now teacher, I combine evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with my extensive background in yoga and meditation. In my role as both a mindfulness teacher and well-being lead, I specialise in coaching and mentoring brides, wedding planners, and small businesses to alleviate the stress and overwhelm that often accompanies wedding planning. Through personalised mindfulness coaching and mentoring for individuals and small groups, I aim to build emotional resilience and help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and ease.
