A 75 minute body massage on a massage couch using body massage oil, designed to relax the muscles and soothe the nerves, not for the treatment of any injuries etc.

The massage starts with the back of the legs & feet, moving onto the lower back through the torso to the neck & head. Then turning over to treat the front of the legs and feet, moving onto the torso.

Working from the stomach area up to the arms, upper chest, shoulders, neck and completing the treatment with the face and head. This treatment is carried out at a soothing and relaxed pace and usually towards the end of it, the client is ins such a relaxed state, that they sometimes end up napping or deeply relaxed.
