1:1 Breathwork To Release The Past

When we breathe without restriction we are able to experience the full expression of who we are. The breath brings power and vitality to areas of suppressed cellular memory aiding the release of energy blocks, and past experiences that may be stuck in the subconscious. These hold us back in behavioural patterns, habits and beliefs that seek to restrict our development. 

I work in the Transformational Breathwork style, gently combining acupressure, tuning forks and toning to release blocks and repressed emotions. The experience is highly energising and often euphoric.
