I will often tell people to choose crystals they are drawn to in person, but sometimes it is useful to understand more about the crystals and what you personally might need to balance your energy body.
I know that when I started out, I felt overwhelmed by the breadth of crystals available and what they were all for! We will discuss your emotional or energetic blockages – or whatever you feel you are seeking.
Based on our discussion, I will let you know about a range of crystals that you may find beneficial, and if I have any to hand I can show you what they look like.
