By also working with the voice, we access the body's own medicine and internal vibrational healer. This moves disease-causing energy blocks and releases stored caches of energy. The result is a purified 5th or throat chakra liberating and aligning us with our Divine message for the world. By combining mirror work with voice work, we quickly get at the roots of false identification, self-censoring limitation and creative inhibition and step into our True Power.
