Hi my name is Helen and I have been on the spiritual path all of my adult life, this has meant that I am qualified, insured and endorse all the well-being experiences I do. I am a Holistic Practitioner this includes being a natural Medium, Tera Mai™ Reiki Master, Healer and Trainer. Animal and Pet Reiki healer, Spiritual Life Coach, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Mentor and Developer. Psychic, Spirit and Trance Medium, Shamanic Practitioner, Corinthian Healer and Trainer.

With all this it has led me to believe that my path is paved with healing and teaching and this also includes teaching the power of self healing. I want to teach everybody to self heal and give the power of healing to adults, children and animals.

During my time as a healer I have worked with and helped domestic abuse survivors to cut the ties and binds of what’s happened to enable them to move forward. The reason I say survivors is because you are here. You want to change the way you are by breaking the ties and deal with the issues that may of contributed to you being in the situation. I am here to help you put the past behind you, give you permission to move forward and enable you to heal yourself.

With my support you will know what happy is again. One of the best statements I've had from a client is that she forgot what happiness was and was both relieved and appreciated that happy feeling. So now take those first steps and change your life.
