Reading the message of the cards through movement will offer deeper insights and clarity in regards to the questions you are asking.
A typical session includes a brief introduction to a set of decks for you to choose which one you want to work with. We will then ask the card questions and you will be guided to understand and interpret the message of the cards trough embodied practices.
The session ends with journaling and a tailored, embodied practice that you can repeat in your own time.
You don't have to have any movement experience, everybody is welcome!
