Head, Knees & Toes Indian Head Massage

Head, knees & toes Indian head massage blended with lower legs and feet massage.

A 60 minute massage split into 40/20, plus an extra 10/15 minutes for an initial consultation.

Usually starting with 20 minutes of massaging the lower part of the legs and feet. This includes the shins, the calves and around the feet and toes whilst resting the feet on a stool, whilst sitting on a chair. Then when that is complete, moving onto a comfortable chair or the professional massage chair to continue with the Indian Head Massage for 40 minutes.

The SynergiSingh Indian Head Massage consists not only on massaging the face, head & scalp but also all the parts connected to the head, making it more holistic.

Along with the face, head & scalp, massage will also be performed on the neck, shoulders, upper arms, upper back and completing the experience with Chakra balancing.

This sequence will help ease tension and stress in the 2 main areas that we tend to use continuously all day long at the opposite ends, our brains and our feet/legs.
