Reflexology Session With Lifestyle Coaching

Reflexology can improve our mental health and reduce stress, anxiety and many physical symptoms.

My clients find these sessions extremely relaxing and an opportunity to have an open and honest conversation about their health and lifestyle goals.

The sessions take place either:

- in the client's own home (within half an hour by car from London N12)

- at one of the lovely treatment rooms in Whetstone (postcode N20 9HH)
