Five one-hour in-person Relaxing Sound Baths
Lie back and be ‘bathed’ in the beautiful harmonics and tones of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, therapeutic percussion for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Sound therapy can entrain the brain waves to a relaxed and restorative state, and the effects can bring the deep states of relaxation typically attained in meditation.
Sound therapy has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve pain relief, help with better sleep quality and improved mood.
