Restorative Yoga And Sound Healing - 4 Sessions

Join me for this beautifully restorative experience where I will guide you through gentle poses, accompanied by meditation and sound.

These sessions have been created to help you switch off from the outside world and take a much deserved moment for yourself.

The poses are floor based and we use a number of props to help support you. I also use sound bowls to help guide you through the practice. Classes are adapted to suit everyone's needs and my aim is that you leave this evening yoga session relaxed, calm and grounded after taking a moment of selfcare for yourself.
