Are you returning to work after a period of leave and need some support?  I can help.  

Whether its sick, parental or leave of any sort I can help you feel in control of the transition back to work.  

I will guide you through the whole return to work process making sure you feel in control and know how to advocate for yourself.  

I am an experienced medical doctor turned health coach and I look forward to helping you with this journey.
