CCB involves a continuous, rhythmic flow of breath through the nose or mouth, designed to shift your nervous system from survival mode to a state of calm and presence. About Me
With over 15 years of experience in high-pressure corporate IT environments, I understand the self-imposed pressure to thrive, the constant demands from all directions, the competition for success, the overwhelm, and the disconnection that often comes with it. Not to mention the unexpressed emotions that get suppressed in order to keep going—until burnout hits. Breathwork has been a game-changer for me, helping me reconnect and find peace amidst the chaos. Now, I’m on a mission to share this powerful tool with others—to help you live a more conscious, calm, and fulfilled life.

Offering cost:
Six-session package (1x90 mins & 5x75 mins) – £650
- Initial session with assessment and goal setting.
- 5 sessions tailored to your goals.
- Email/Whats app check-ins after each breathwork session.
- 1x30-minute follow-up session for reassessment and goal review.
I offer introductory sessions (60 mins) for £80, a single session (90 mins) for £120 or four-session package (1x90 mins & 3x75 mins) – £450
What to Expect
Package of 6 Sessions (1x90 mins & 5x75 mins):
- Session 1: A 90-minute initial session with assessment, goal setting, and CCB practice.
- Sessions 2-6: Five 75-minute sessions dedicated to working through your goals.
- Support: Email or What's App check-ins after each session for ongoing guidance and feedback.
- Follow-up: 1x30-minute follow-up session for a comprehensive reassessment of your goals and progress.
Is Breathwork for Everyone?
Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is open to all, but it's important to note that breathwork can trigger powerful emotional and physical responses. The success of this process requires an active involvement from the breather (you).
While sessions are held in a safe space, participants are responsible for their own well-being. If you have any of the following health conditions, please consult with your doctor and inform us prior to the session. You can still participate by breathing through your nose for a gentler and beneficial experience.
Health Conditions to Consider:
- Cardiovascular disease/heart conditions (not controlled with medication), including previously suffered a heart attack or stroke
- History of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm
- Detached retina or glaucoma
- Epilepsy, seizures, or fainting
- Diagnosed psychiatric conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.), medical or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
- Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions
- High blood pressure
- Delicate pregnancy
- Recent surgery or injury
- Chronic pain, arthritis, or fibromyalgia
- Asthma or breathing issues (please bring your inhaler)
- Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, or ME
- Heavy medications for any health condition
