1:1 Stretch & Massage

SynergiSingh Stretch & Massage

This is treatment which begins with a one to one light warm up and stretching session on the floor. Ideal if jigsaw mats or yoga mats are used.

A 30 minute warm up & stretch followed by a 45 minute couch body massage, using oil.

Each stretch will be demonstrated by myself but the client will be tutored and helped along with partner stretching, yoga blocks, bands etc applying moderate force where necessary. This is an ideal treatment for anyone with an poor to moderate level of flexibility and needs tension easing in particular parts of the body, such as lower back or the legs.

Total time is 75 mins.
