Research has shown that the skin is directly affected by mental and emotional distress, with the biggest issue linked to depression and anxiety. Whilst many may seek medical intervention, they mainly deal with the topical issues. What I have discovered through my healing experiences with clients, is that the physical body was able to heal exceptionally quickly, once I had located the associated lower emotional link and then healed it fully for release.
In my 1-2-1 healing sessions there is a 4 step process we undertake together:
- Talk - it’s good to talk. With my exceptional communication gifts, I have the ability to listen, feel intuitively and understand. Through healthy conversation, we can discover together new ways to view, deal and perceive life experiences, past, present and future. Re-programming the sub conscious mind, will help to increase self-awareness and learn new coping mechanisms.
- Breathing technique. Learn the deeply relaxing benefits of breathing.
-Meditation. Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, invoke better sleep, calm the mind, boost creativity and many other things. If you have not meditated before - I will teach you and we will do one of my guided IAMPowerful meditations specifically created to heal the mind, body and soul.
-Pranic Healing - this is where you sit back, relax, let go and open your mind to a world of new skin possibilities. I will conduct Pranic healing which is a non- touch energy healing modality. I will work on your chakras, organs, skin and psychotherapy needs.
This is a 6 session healing programme. Each session incorporates the 4 step healing process which will be bespoke and designed in stages for your needs. You will also learn different tools and techniques that you can do daily, to guide you towards an overall healthy and happy on-going life.
