Enjoy four or eight x 60 minute sessions teaching you how to manage overwhelm using mindfulness and resilience coaching which also includes time dedicated to bespoke wedding planning as determined by yourself, depending on how far down your wedding planning journey you are.
Included in this coaching experience are personalised guided audio downloads of mindfulness practices and meditations we cover during our sessions, as well as supplementary materials to help you develop your mindfulness practice, manage your stress and build resilience to reduce overwhelm.
Once you have paid for your sessions, I will be in contact to discuss a convenient start date. Coaching sessions are usually run in the evenings after you have returned from work, or at a suitable time during the weekend.
About me:
I am passionate about helping individuals reduce anxiety and manage overwhelm, guiding them toward greater calm, clarity, and connection. As a certified Mindfulness Now teacher, I combine evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with my extensive background in yoga and meditation. In my role as both a mindfulness teacher and well-being lead, I specialise in coaching and mentoring brides, wedding planners, and small businesses to alleviate the stress and overwhelm that often accompanies wedding planning. Through personalised mindfulness coaching and mentoring for individuals and small groups, I aim to build emotional resilience and help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and ease.
