PSYCH-K® uses muscle testing and Whole-Brain State techniques to identify and replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. Through specific postures and movements that harmonize the right and left brain hemispheres, PSYCH-K® facilitates the activation of new, positive beliefs while silencing outdated ones. This process, grounded in neuroscience, enhances your brain's receptivity to change, leading to greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What to Expect:

During a PSYCH-K® session, we focus on a specific area of your life to address stress or limitations you may be experiencing. The session combines coaching with guidance through particular postures and movements to enter a highly receptive state, often referred to as the 'Super Learning State' by Dr. Bruce Lipton. This approach helps reprogram your subconscious mind, calm your nervous system, and break free from past habits, negative thought patterns, and trauma.

• Week 1: Assessment & Goal Setting. Outline of your current belief system, current challenges and goals. Setting the foundation of the target growth and actionable steps to be taken over the next 5 weeks.
• Week 2 - 5: PSYCH-K sessions. Using neuroscience-based subconscious reprogramming methods we will focus on implementing powerful PSYCH-K techniques to address and transform limiting beliefs, as well as transform any stress.
• Week 6: Integration on the work accomplished in previous weeks. Revisit of goals and practical tools to continue your personal development journey.
• Program Support: Support and guidance via email/whats app during our weeks together.
