Hello! I'm Michele, a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training recognized by the Yoga Alliance, as well as a Meditation & Sound Healing Facilitator. My passion lies in creating safe spaces for well-being to flourish. Having spent over 15 years in high-pressure office environments, I understand first-hand the challenges of maintaining balance and wellness at work. Since introducing wellness sessions at my last office job I have developed tools to help people take a break, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

Program Overview

This 6-week workplace wellness program offers online private 35-minute sessions for up to 8 people designed to help employees take a break, breathe, connect with themselves, and approach work with a more calm and balanced perspective. The program integrates chair yoga, body movements, breath awareness and guided meditation to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

Program Details

Each week, the program will focus on a different theme, incorporating various wellness tools to create a holistic experience. The sessions will begin with breath awareness and guided meditation, followed by chair yoga and body movements, and conclude with a relaxation phase.

Week 1: Foundation and Breath Awareness

  • Theme: Establishing a foundation in breath awareness and mindfulness.
  • Focus: Introduction to the basics of breath awareness, gentle chair yoga, and simple body movements.

Week 2: Stress Relief and Relaxation

  • Theme: Techniques for stress relief and relaxation.
  • Focus: Chair yoga poses and movements aimed at reducing tension and promoting relaxation.

Week 3: Focus and Clarity

  • Theme: Enhancing focus and mental clarity.
  • Focus: Breathwork and chair yoga to clear the mind and improve concentration.

Week 4: Flexibility and Mobility

  • Theme: Increasing flexibility and mobility.
  • Focus: Chair yoga poses and body movements to improve flexibility and mobility.

Week 5: Energy and Vitality

  • Theme: Boosting energy and vitality.
  • Focus: Body movements to invigorate and energize.

Week 6: Balance and Harmony

  • Theme: Achieving balance and harmony.
  • Focus: Combining all elements learned to create a balanced, harmonious state.
