A 90-minute session and an interactive experience of drums and percussion instruments taking place at Lake House Kent.

Come join us as we create our drumming circle, connecting to the rhythm of the drums and percussive instruments. Suitable for all and a great way to awaken and connect to your inner rhythm.

Following the drumming circle, we invite you all to relax with a gong bath and guided meditation.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and snuggly socks to ensure you stay warm throughout the gong bath and let the sounds and vibrations flow through you.
