Resilo: Healing Energy massage (in person 60 mins)

This massage is a form of physiotherapy called Resilo.

It involves a gentle wave of motion to reconnect the body initiating self healing. It is a soft tissue therapy and is done fully clothed. It is a gentle yet effective treatment for physical injury and body stress.
