Our Retreat combines positive psychology coaching with Zen practices like yoga and meditation. This helps you understand the meaning and value of your writing, recognise your strengths, and build resilience. We focus on creating realistic action plans and time strategies for a sustainable Zen writing state.
Over the three day Retreat, you'll start with gentle yoga and meditation led by Corine, followed by Yi-Ling guiding group coaching sessions on various writing topics. Including; exploring your writer identity, finding your strengths, and developing coping strategies. You'll also have a 1-on-1 coaching session with Yi-Ling to work on your personal writing strategy and plan
