Energy Medicine Yoga® is an integrative practice combining Energy Medicine techniques like tapping, acupressure holds, and neurolymphatic reflex self-massage into your classic yoga practice. It works through the 9 energy systems of your body and really takes your yoga practice to the next level.

The EMYoga is designed to realign, stabilize, and harmonize your energy for healing. Before your first practice, Emily will send you a Five Element Quiz (based on TCM) to assess which element you so she can craft yoga sessions to aid your alignment and establish your intentions for the practice. Practice can focus on allergies, specific organ balance, digestive support and so much more.
